We also want to be upfront about what we’ll need from you. To effectively market your business, we need your input. It’s vital for us to understand your business in order to convey your voice and align our strategies with your goals.
Here’s an outline of our process and a description of your part in it. While it may require a bit more of your time initially, it becomes more time efficient for you at the end of month two when we finish our final strategy call.
Preliminary Calls
- Introductory Call (30 minutes): During this call, we aim to get to know you better and exchange essential information about your business and our services.
- Discovery Call (45 minutes): We'll analyze your current online presence, discuss how we can enhance it, and answer any questions you may have.
Strategy Calls
- Strategy Call #1 (1 hour): Before this call, we'll ask you to complete a comprehensive form about your business.
- Strategy Call #2 (1 hour): This call will include the final approval of your content and tactical strategies.
Ongoing Calls
- Quarterly Marketing Planning (1 hour): Here, we review the results from the previous quarter and present any modifications to our strategy and tactics for the upcoming quarter. Your input is encouraged but not mandatory.
- Monthly Updates (30 minutes, Optional): Your account manager will provide you with updates on upcoming monthly activities and the metrics from the past month. You can opt to receive email updates instead.
