Aware Digital Marketing

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 6th, 2026 · Last Updated: July 6th, 2026

Aware Digital Marketing, LLC (“Aware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and wants you to understand how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit this website, submit a form, or work with us as a client. This policy explains our practices in plain terms. If anything here is unclear, you can reach us directly at helaman@awaredigitalmarketing.com

01 — Information We Collect

What we collect, and how

Information you provide directly

When you fill out a form on our website — a contact form, an application, or a request for an audit — we collect what you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, general location, and any details you add about your business or goals.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our website, certain technical information is collected automatically through the tools listed in Section 02. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on the site, referring website, and general location at a city or region level (not precise GPS tracking).

02 — Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The tools we use, and your control over them

This website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how it’s used and to run our advertising. We currently use:

  • Google Analytics — to understand site traffic and visitor behavior.
  • Google Ads — to measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns.
  • Meta Ads (Pixel & Conversions API) — to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram, including via server-side tracking (see below).
  • Microsoft Clarity — to understand how visitors interact with our site (e.g., scroll and click behavior).

Server-side tracking

In addition to standard browser-based cookies, we may send certain event data (such as form submissions or page visits) directly from our server to advertising platforms like Google and Meta. This improves the accuracy of our ad measurement and is still governed by the same consent choices you make in our cookie banner — it does not bypass your preferences.

Your cookie choices

Our cookie banner lets you choose which categories of cookies to allow — necessary, analytics, and marketing/advertising — and we honor the choice you make. You can update your preferences at any time through the cookie settings available on this site.

03 — How We Use Your Information

Why we collect what we collect

  • To operate, maintain, and improve this website.
  • To run and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads — including retargeting visitors who’ve already interacted with our site, and building lookalike/similar audiences to reach people similar to our best-fit clients.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To communicate with prospective and current clients about our work together.

We do not use your information for purposes beyond these without telling you.

04 — How We Share Your Information

We never sell your data. Here’s who else touches it, and why

We do not sell your personal information to other companies. We do share information with a limited set of service providers, only to operate our business and deliver our services:

  • Google, Meta, and Microsoft — as the advertising and analytics platforms described in Section 02, each governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Zoho (CRM & Documents) — client information submitted through forms or during our work together is stored in our Zoho CRM. Signed contracts are stored securely in our Google Drive vault and in Zoho Documents.
  • Stripe — all financial and payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card or banking details ourselves.
  • Make.com — used as an automation intermediary to transfer information you submit through our website forms into our CRM.
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

Depending on your state of residence

We do not sell your information for money. However, some state privacy laws define sharing information with advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) for targeted advertising as a “sale” or “share,” even without a monetary exchange. If this applies to you, you can opt out of this type of sharing by declining marketing/advertising cookies in our cookie banner.

05 — Data Security & Third-Party Platforms

How your information is protected

We use tools and platforms — including Zoho and Make.com — that offer reasonable, industry-standard security protections. That said, we do not control the internal security infrastructure of these third-party platforms, and we are not responsible for data breaches or failures that originate from their systems rather than ours. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

06 — Client Meetings & Recordings

Recorded calls and meetings

Meetings with clients may be recorded and are kept for internal training purposes. These recordings are never sold or given to third parties. If a recording is still stored in our systems and its disclosure is legally compelled — for example, by a court order — we may provide it to the requesting authority.

You’re free to request that we delete any recording of you at any time. Send a written request to helaman@awaredigitalmarketing.com.

07 — Other Client Materials & Portfolio Use

Copy, creative, and campaign materials

Documents we create for clients — such as copy, creative assets, and other campaign materials — are retained by us for internal learning purposes only. We never sell this material, and we never use a client’s name, testimonial, or logo publicly without their written authorization.

If a document publicly identifies you and you’d like it taken down, you can request its removal. We may choose to alter identifying details (such as your name) and continue to use the underlying performance data as anonymized benchmark intelligence for that industry, or as part of our results history and portfolio.

08 — Your Rights & Choices

Managing your information

Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply under your state’s law.

09 — Children’s Privacy

Not directed to minors

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we’ve inadvertently collected such information, we’ll delete it.

10 — Data Retention

How long we keep information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

11 — Changes to This Policy

Updates over time

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

12 — Agreement to Our Practices

By using this site or our services

By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices and limitations described in this policy.

13 — Governing Law

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be handled in Salt Lake County, Utah.
